Low Country Oyster co.

Founded in 2017, Lowcountry Oyster Company uses sustainable farming techniques to hand-raise the famous “Lowcountry Cups,” an oyster unique to the Charleston, South Carolina region.

Charleston is a true culinary destination, and the oyster has earned its rightful reputation as a backbone of Lowcountry cuisine. The “Lowcountry Cup” is a tantalizing representation of the pristine natural environment of the ACE Basin, a 350,000 acre wetland ecosystem located in the confluence of the Ashepoo, Combahee and Edisto Rivers.

The ACE basin is a National Wildlife Refuge and, as a result, home to numerous animals including waterfowl, sea turtles, crabs and more.
